The WORST billing operations of any company I've ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with!!! I have been going back and forth with them for 7 months regarding a bill that they refuse to add info to in order for my insurance company to process the claim. After multiple conversations with staff and supervisors who promise to update the billing info and fax to insurance, nothing gets done. Yet, every month, I receive the same invoice for the same amount and am now being threatened with a collection agency. How about you idiots process the claim the way you've repeatedly been instructed to do??? An absolute nightmare dealing with this joke of a billing department. Anesthesiologists are a dime a dozen. Insist your surgeon use one of the many other resources out there!
