I had to comfort my wife as she cried over a botched haircut. They fixed for free. Now they botched a simple highlight job. Instead of blonde it's some dark color. They asked her to come back later to fix as if we lived next door. So two appointments require two additional appointments to fix. Too many other options to solicit this place. Avoid.
