Our loan officer at Poli Mortgage, Judy Turtz, could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. We knew rates were rising, and wanted to refinance our adjustable loan into a fixed loan. Judy"s information helped us make the right choice. In addition, the staff at Poli, including Denise, the loan processor, were quite patient with any of our online difficulties.
