I worked with Jack and Trenton to have the radiator flushed in my 2013 Camaro ZL1. Both were very professional, pleasant to work with, and quick to answer my questions about how the service would be completed. When I came to pick up my car, I asked Jack if the service technician noted the condition of the fluid in the service notes, which he did not. Jack called for the service technician but did not answer. Jack was gracious enough to offer to call me later afterwards to let me know.

Trenton was great in bringing my car around for me. Excellent experience!
