I had an electric water softener in my previous house some years ago and decided, due to the hardness of the water, to install one in my current house.
I carried out a great deal of research to establish what kind of softener and how much I was prepared to spend. Having decided the make/system I came across East Midlands Water and found them to be very competitive. I placed an order over the internet and was pleasantly surprised that it arrived within a day or two complete with the installation kit.
I found it very easy to install and would recommend East Midlands Water without hesitation.
