This place is very frustrating I have been calling about my card for about 2-3 weeks now and I still haven't received it yet in the mail I been on unemployment since the coronavirus pandemic started and they locked my card due to fraud and I had to request a new card in the mail. Even when speaking to someone on the phone my card was delayed and they even asked for me to do some extra stuff to get my new card and now they're saying that I will have to wait even longer for my card to come in because of the holidays and weekends
