Purely rating on the hand-cut noodles which was very tasty. The texture had the right amount of chewiness. The service is good. I saw some other tables order the bao stuffed with meat, we figured out later it was the "hambuger" on the menu. I couldn't figure out what some of the items on the menu is because of the vague description.
