We recently moved into a new house and had heard positive things about Smith - Thompson Security from our new neighbors. I contacted Smith - Thompson via phone and spoke with a very nice representative who gathered our info and had a tech out to setup the system within a couple of days. The tech was very professional and explained the system in detail. We love the company and are really happy with the pricing and the fact that there is no long-term contract. I highly recommend this company.
