Fantastic location and Very good customer service....

Fantastic location and Very good customer service. Everyone from the Front desk to backend operations were polite and professional. The facilities are also very good; 3 swimming pools catered for families and adults only. Very nice cafe and restaurants. Gym, Recreation center and Dive center offer lots of activities like Muay Thai, Paddle boarding, scuba diving etc. The resort is next to Nai Yang beach which is clean. Only improvement I can suggest is to install privacy curtains at the bathtubs located in the balcony. Other than that everything else was amazing. The staff who work there make all the difference. Thank you!
