AWFUL!!!! DO NOT BANK WITH MICHIGAN 1ST!!!

AWFUL!!!! DO NOT BANK WITH MICHIGAN 1ST!!!
Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE on the phone and in the branch. Michigan 1st staff is not knowledgeable of there own polices and procedures. The phone staff, branch staff, and management will ALL tell you something different and blame it on someone else. They will always apologize but never fix the issue. Your money is NOT protected, and there security features to protect your money SUCKS!!! LASTLY calling that 800 number is useless.
