Honestly terrible billing/service. Went to the ER for sharp stomach pain. They worked on me etc. My insurance didn't work with them so I have to pay out of pocket which is fine. I paid my bill for the visit and they told me I was all finished up. 2 YEARS LATER I received a statement from a collections agency that they have a hold on my account and need more money.

When I called in the systems between the two buildings don't match up so they couldn't pull up any record that I had been in the ER, couldn't see any bill previously paid. All they knew was my birthdate and that I owed them money.

The money wasn't the problem to pay, it was the lack of being able to pull up records or systems on previous visits to even show that I ever went to the ER. The lady didn't even have a note that I was in the ER or had other bills as well.

Some new systems would do good!
