Communication! I'm going to go on a rant with info and detail I do not recommend this place due to the lack of communication and customer service. We reached out to this business to get a custom hitch for a specific vehicle seeing how the place is called custom hitch and trailers, now they first need to see the vehicle (understandable) to determine if they could or could not do it after calling the business prior to my arrival first attempt I spoke to the manager and informed him I was on my way I will be there before 5 and was told as long as I get there BEFORE 5 I would be fine. I'm driving about an hour away and I pull up at 4:50 Gates are locked will not let me in after being told it only take him 5 minutes to determine if they can or cannot do it. 2nd attempt brother drives 100 miles out of City to attempt to get an answer if it can or cannot be done they took a look at the vehicle with uncertainty ask to keep it so they and take a better look tomorrow. So left the vehicle $50 uber home. 24-hours pass no call back we call the next day to see the status "oh yeah I'll have an answer for you in 5 minutes" the day pass again no call after the third day we called for a status was told that they could not do it so an additional $50 Uber cost to pick up the vehicle so after a total of 400 miles, $100 in a Uber $100 in fuel and time out of our days when all it would have taken was a 5 minutes to determine if they can or cannot do it maybe you guys should get a mechanic or someone with a better eye that can make the right decision without wasting other people's money and time.
