Southwestern Coaching has made me a better person and more importantly a better Leader for my team! There is no doubt in my mind that the coaching I have been given by Gena Parker - who is amazing - along with the strategies and concepts of SWC allowed me to grow my team is the most beneficial ways. My team has grown in ways I never could have imagined. Our communication skills are the best they've ever been. Our sales numbers and performance results have skyrocketed. Our profits are up! Our attitude is motivational and positive. All in all I can attribute our a lot of our recent success and growth to the amazing coaching we get from SWC!!!
