Looking to lease a 2017 Honda oddyssey. First sales person didn't even answer the questions I asked. He seemed like he had other things to do. I was told he takes on multiple customers so was given a new sales person. She was bright and friendly. Answered all my questions... she knew her stuff! We even got to test drive it. We were in love with the vehicle! told us to give her some information and she will get back to us in 15 minutes to let us know "numbers" (did not even run a credit check). 7 days later after multiple attempts to reach her... ghost girl never contacted us. We were appointed a 3rd sales person who seemed like he really wanted to help. The "numbers" they offered was crazy. He told us the boss said he's practically "giving it to us". Found a dealership in NJ, same new vehicle and features that gave a way better deal ($600/mo. V $390/mo). But we were so turned off by this point we ended up just going with a completely different vehicle, the sales person just got us right from the start. We were told over and over again how Honda's do not depreciate like most vehicles but the selling strategies stink. If you want a real belittling, confusing and bad car buying experience, like how you see in the movies... this is DEFINITELY the place. Middletown Honda... you really raping people up in here.
