Ninety five percent of the staff is just horrible to deal with, not wanting to listen to you, cutting you off when you try to talk to them, and they assume what you want. You basically have to set up surveillance to prove your point and the best they respond with is "oh." They are lazy and refuse to do any work or research into a problem. They won't contact your hoa or owner like they should. They flat out lie to you saying your hoa is closed so they won't give you the number. A simple search gets the number and surprise... the hoa is open.
