While the reason I had to call Heritage was frustrating (poor communications about changes to our HOA assessment payment process) being passed to Wednesday Brown made a difference. For the first time with Heritage, I felt like a customer. Wednesday took on my problem and concern and gave me a path to resolution. Ownership is key to my satisfaction and while Wednesday did not cause my problem she took ownership of my solution! I m greatly appreciative of the help I received yesterday from Wednesday!
