Mark Smith is by far THE BEST mortgage specialist I have ever worked with, and I have worked in banking for years! Mark provided the most professional and thorough service anyone could have asked for. When my wife and I were looking into buying our home, I shopped around a few different institutions, but ultimately chose Network Funding because of Mark's amazing service and willingness to work with us no matter the circumstance. We had quite an interesting case, as I came into a bit more money right before we closed on our home and wanted to put a little extra down. Mark literally made it happen. I honestly don't think anyone else could have, or would have put the effort into helping us finance our home so smoothly. I kept throwing curveballs, but Mark handled everything in stride. It is obvious that he has a ton of knowledge and experience in the industry and I would highly recommend him to ANYONE looking into real estate purchase. I trust Mark, and that says a lot considering the state of the finance and mortgage industry the past few years.
