Been a few times, most recently to see concerts. The staff are polite and helpful. We were advised where our seats were and they were easy to find with these directions. The bar was a tad slow and a bit expensive however not unusual for a venue like this. The seats were comfortable enough for the performance and as clean as I would expect for a such busy venue. I would definitely book tickets for shows here in the future. Building is super stunning! Thanks :-)
