5 stars for the day out experience gardens and projects. The family had a fantastic time and enjoyed immensley. So thouroughly recommended venue.

ZERO stars for facilities and training. We travelled to the Eden project by EV confident of a charge on site only to be told by several staff that they were out of service and there were no other charge points onsite. They had coned off chargers that looked like they were out of service for a long time and no knowledge of the other rapid charger in another part of their carpark. Fortunately we had zapmap so ignored their lack of site knowledge and found the charger ouselves tucked away in a side carpark. Not really living up to their sustainability and tech for ecology ethos. Please sort out your chargers and add more.
