Very disappointed with the sales department I work...

Very disappointed with the sales department I worked with Ron Lyons, told him every detail of what I was working with, a lot of promises were made, with NO follow through!! Ron also congratulated me 3 times during my 3hr visit asked me to pick a car and color, after the test drive I learned that not only was the color I wanted not available he was not able to hold his promise of getting me a car period! This is a scam to get you in the door and run your credit down just so they can make a few bucks! Poor salesman quality!!
