I found out online that my claim was closed and to check my documents for explanation. But there was NO documents. I was informed when I called it was b/c my damage was less then my deductible but they didn t not know why a form was generated saying so, which I need for FEMA. Every time I call, the reps keep saying they don t know why the form has not been generated and that I will get it in a few days. Today, the rep said she will have her supervisor contact my examiners supervisor. Then she told me to call my examiner,Leonardo myself. I could not get in contact with him just like all the reps I spoke to can t get in contact with him for the document. The reps are actually nice, they just can t get in contact with my examiner to get my denial form generated.

10-24-18-I got my letter today via email. B/c the reps were so nice and my issue is now resolved, I have increased my rating.
