The worst insurance company ever. I have a huge hole in my roof going on two weeks now from hurricane sandy. Adjuster came over a week ago and still no communication on the status of my claim! Custer service has no knowledge as to what is going on and tell me to call the adjuster, I mean I don't work for you so why the hell would I need to keep calling an adjuster that doesn't respond! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.
