I think the staff has never heard of a calibration...

I think the staff has never heard of a calibration mark. Was just at a concert in Frankfurt and the 3.5 expensive 0.4L large water was never really filled. That's really a mess!
For the price you get a whole box of water and I find it impossible so an overpriced product not reasonable to abundance.

What exactly does that mean?
That's your job and if you do not do it right, you're out of place. With other jobs, there is no room to go down just because it gets stressful !!!
And honestly, what's so hard about filling a cup to the brim? In any case, you are already TOP among the excuses.

Little tip on my part:
Tipping the cups just always full, expensive enough anyway. Then you do not have to complain about it ...
