We had our basement waterproofed with Quality 1st, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. The representative who came to our house, Ken Peare, was courteous, professional, and low-pressure. He spoke frankly about the work they did, and I really appreciated that Quality 1st gives their best price from the beginning. No ambiguity, and no games. Other companies like to play the "if you commit now I can give you this better price" game, which turned me off. I had such a good experience with the company, I recommended them to my parents for some work they needed to get done in their own basement, and they, too, went with Ken and Quality 1st.

The work crew that came to my house did excellent work. The left my basement cleaner than they found it, and took care to cover all of our belongings that remained in the basement. I was very interested it how the job was being done, and t he foreman explained the entire job to me step by step as it was happening; my presence in the work space was welcomed! The entire job was completed quickly and exactly as discussed.

I highly recommend Quality 1st, and urge anyone who needs to it give Ken a call to set you up with exactly what you need!
