I've had txu for many years however I recently went solar and due to their solar plans not being as good as others I had to cancel services. In 10 years of loyal services have a never been late but today I had a representative call me about my final bill and asked if I was gonna pay it since it was due today August3rd? Not only had i scheduled this on July 31st which im sure their system showed that but the fact that you felt the need to call and ask me about my payment as if I was EVER late or past due at the moment I'm soo glad I am no longer giving this company my money and I will no longer refer this company to others. I requested a call back regarding my renewable buy back and I've yet to have someone reach out i figured I'd just pay the bill and be done.... quick to call me about money ive already paid sooo disappointed
