I had an HIFU at this clinic, it is a treatment for uterine fibroids that no insurer covers. Well, nothing happens, the treatment is paid before it, excellent attention from the radiologist, who is a magnificent professional, just like the anesthesiologist and other staff who treat you during and after treatment, with the exception of the gynecologist who my attended to me. In my case, the treatment did not give the results we expected, but that is not the problem, the problem comes when they do not explain what has happened or what options you have. They have you waiting months, you insist, because you have paid almost 7,000 and, at least, they try to explain. Nothing, I have put a claim in customer service on May 26 and, still, I am waiting for a reply. If someone who is thinking of getting that treatment, read my review, flee from the devil.
