2nd time here and very disappointed. Was on hold w...

2nd time here and very disappointed. Was on hold with front desk for 20 min they could not reach room service. It was 1130 they say in there books all night menu but lady at 3901 says she has no reason why they won't answer and that they serve till midnight. I told her they have menu from midnight to 630am she said she was unaware of that. Not feeling good about next few days when I am getting service like this.
