As far as a family hotel I give a 0-1 I went to with the intention of allowing my kids to enjoy the beautiful indoor pool only to go and be completely disappointed that no one under 21 not allowed in the pool. I had No idea. I ve been to the pool as a club and enjoyed the atmosphere and was only hoping my kids could enjoy the same atmosphere NOPE. Front desk didn t care or even want to accommodate my needs at all! Extremely disappointed. Then the WiFi only allows two people to use free WiFi and that they charge! To me ridiculous!
