I've been with Angard for nearly 18 months and always found them helpful and professional.
It is sometimes a long wait to get an answer when ringing in response to texts to book upcoming shifts but I can't think of an alternative fair way of handling this aspect of the business.
The people I have worked with at Royal Mail are generally friendly and welcoming and and it works for me to be able to dip in and out of work depending on my personal circumstances.
In my time as an Angard employee I have only had 2 consultants to deal with and both Megan Walton initially, and currently James Wright have been excellent.
They are responsive to any questions I have had, and helpful in advising when shifts are available, then always providing confirmation texts with clear start and finish times.
Agency work is not ideal for everyone but it works for me and Angard and their consultants make it really simple.
I'd certainly recommend Angard based on my experiences of the work they provide and the people I have been lucky enough deal with.
