I booked a room for the night before my cruise was...

I booked a room for the night before my cruise was set to embark. I got there super late due to some car troubles - it was 3:05 a.m. when I arrived. I walked in and the girl told me my reservation had been cancelled due to a no show and that they do that at 3 a.m. every night but that it's not a big deal and my room could be reinstated. After about 30 minutes of this girl running back and forth from her managers office and multiple phone calls made out to him, I got a room finally. This whole time this poor girl was begging her manager to come out and help but refused. Now its 7 days later and I realize that my room was not "reinstated". They just charged me for a whole new room and then made me feel crazy for asking for a refund. I thought hilton was supposed to be one of the good ones. Guess not.
