Terrible .. I was just checking on my account and ...

Terrible .. I was just checking on my account and notice that it's been about 1 year and 4 months with them. I paid about $10k in funds and they only paid off one account of $3231.. Other 2 accounts are still at Resolved "payment pending" when those 2 accounts can add up to $10k in funds to pay off. So where is the rest of the money going to ? Not sure , I still have 8 accounts that are not resolved yet. Paying about $810 a month for them to basically take my money. I would recommend you guys to stay away from this company. The customer service rep is terrible also.. Constantly putting me on hold for 5-10 mins and her attitude sounds like she does want to be working. It was my fault that I did not see the 21% fee that they take on top of the original balance I owe. But now I know after 1 year and 4 months with them.
