Been living in royal dane condos for about 5 years...

Been living in royal dane condos for about 5 years now, the management doesnt care about renters. They ignore emails, they dont enforce parking violations, they dont seem to care about the condos here at all. In the summer we have dogs that bark at all hours and the owners leave their windows all open so it annoys all the neighbors. The landscaping company comes and mows the dead grass stirring up dust which gets all over the vehicles. There are vehicles parked here with no plates and other vehicles that havent moved in years. Not to mention the 900 square foot apartments with 2+ families living in with numerous vehicles parking wherever they want including in the fire lanes. Oh did I fail to mention that each 2 bedroom apartment only has one allotted parking place? All of these issues could be fixed by arbor management if they actually cared.
