I have had a Ram Mount in my truck for 5+ yrs (was tired of constantly replacing cheap mounts that would break w/ in a few months). At the time I was heavy into the YouTube channel of Expedition Overland and I remembered seeing something in their trucks and it was a Ram Mount, so that's when I purchased it just over 5yrs ago. I live in Florida, so the summers get HOT, and every once in a while I'd come out to the truck and the suction cup had let go, no biggie, just put it back up. So just recently it started falling off more frequently and it's not summer. Well, I looked on Amazon and I could get a new suction cup for like $15, then I read something about Ram Mount having a Lifetime Warranty. So I went on their website and it was such a simple process and in less than a week later, I had a new one in my mailbox. If you're looking for a Quality product and Quality company, this is it! Thank You National Products Inc.!

Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible online ordering service!!! Thought I give their products a try...didn't happen. Placed order August 3. Receive an email stating expected shipping is August 14. I just called on August 16 and was told the items has not been shipped and expect 3-5 more days before items will be shipped. I had ordered 21 items totaling over $500. They should have alerted the customers, prior to placing the order, item would take two weeks or longer to just ship. If I would have known, I would have just ordered off of amazon and had the items in a few days instead of a 3 weeks. Customer service was no help neither. Rep would rather talk over me than hear what I had to say as I was wanting to find out if I could get some items shipped asap if currently available. End up getting annoyed and said forget it. Good riddance Ram Mounts!...Hello again YakGear and YakAttack.

Poor service, would hate for another person to have a duplicate order and get to pay for shipping both receiving and returning the item in question. Yeah you sent me two of the same item, as well as billed for both. Now I get to pay for the shipping to me and returning the item. As well as paying for the original item to be shipped to me. Normally those would be grouped together and only one shipping charge. Nope not with Rammounts. I guess they are not physiologists.
