Refused to issue a refund for a show that was delayed by 4 months, even though I will be on the other side of the country. They said I can resell my tickets, but they may not be transferred to me until 24 hrs before the show, so that's essentially not an option either. No phone number to call to speak with a live person, and generic email responses. Worst / shadiest ticketing business I have ever dealt with.
