Ive dealt with Lindsay in several capacities. Sales, repair, parts, and collision.

1)Sales- Awful. I walked in the door to buy and was greeted by someone who made sure i was "taken care of by our top salesman" who looked more like an 18 year old kid who decided college wasnt in his future. He proceeded to give me wrong details about the car such as The tire pressure light is for the spare tire and the driving seat is considered a "12 way seat." A 12-way seat? What? Does it eject me out of the sunroof?

2) Repairs-GREAT. My guy chuck is always friendly, courteous, and not pushy. He even remembers my name when i arrive (that tells you how many repairs my car has required).

3)Parts-Miserable. Would it kill you to greet a customer or say "hello sir, how can i help you?" Apparently it does here. They dont look at you unless you are one inch from their face and ask for help. I needed a part, stood at the desk waiting to be acknowledged. Eventually, the parts guy looked up and starred at me. He didnt say anything. Just starred. I guess i was supposed to greet him.

4) Collision- Functional. They were not friendly but they were efficient and quick. All business and no smiles. I only bring this up because customer service is a big part of my company and many places make you feel glad to spend your money. This place comes off as a place to go only if its convenient. Not negative, but more of a neutral. Thats fine too but it doesnt inspire recomendations to my friends who need help. I think this attitude might be systemic to Ford. My experiences with ford dealers are typically low while Nissan and Toyota are the best of all the cars ive bought.
