The guy manning the mens changing rooms at 11am today is incompetent and needs a talking to. Bearded with brown hair, greyish t-shirt.

Went into Nike Town for a specific item: A long sleeve base layer in grey.

I find my item and they don't have a size medium. I ask the member of staff if they have it in stock and they say it's in the storeroom. 5-10 minute wait.

So I sit down in the seating area and browse the internet for 10 minutes.

The time passes, and I ask the same staff member for an update: "I'm waiting for someone to come fetch it for you". seriously?, after 10 minutes of me waiting the guy failed to update me once that he hadn't even bothered to get the item.

A further 5 minutes later, i'm handed my item by another staff member. No "thanks for waiting", no apology, just "ok it's ready".

I walk away, wondering why he didn't ask me to pay for the item. So i check my receipt. Sure enough. I hadn't. Fantastic.

The store has pretty much everything without tags, which means security should be top notch there. Especially in a quality sportswear store. So attempting to allow me to walk out with my stuff unpaid for is either ignorance or malicious.

I think it's unfair to give the store 2 stars based on one guys performance, given how good the stuff is. But it's a joke to have someone in sales give 0 s**ts about their work ethic.
