Twice now I have ordered the vegan cookies and cream for my son that has a severe dairy allergy, both times we have stated that there is an allergy involved and now both times the kid working the counter has given non vegan icecream. We had to check before we took it and got a stupid look with the comment of ohh wrong one. Both times again they then took the cone off of the icecream and put it on the vegan one then cross contamining the new one which my son now can not eat the top part of the icecream. Please train your staff before someone gets sick and you get sued
