The rude stuff made my 6 days stay is the worst ever, I m shocked with the poor quality of service you would receive in such amazing place! Seriously the hotel management need a deep overlook on their performance, simply no one knows how to do his work! I m shocked!! The foreigner staff is the only one who you could talk took down and still because of the local staff nothing goes right! The place is again amazingly awesome, food s quality is so low like others 4 stars hotels!! Local alcohol is so bad and will make you in headache! The worsts is the receptionists, they can t speak English nor understand it, huge language barrier and their attitude U.N. accepted, Mohamed Abdel Wahab front office manager at the check in processing give a freaking hard time I had to stay till 7:30pm, I was forced to pay the extra charge $850! The hotel the security staff refused in many times to give access to my Uber ride to pick me up from reception area, I missed my Transportation to Cairo today because of a rude staff makes up his own rules and refused to let my transportation gain access and I had my heavy luggage on me!! However this time I reported this to the foreigner guest relations staff 30 minutes in advance so the security has instructions letting my ride gains access, and they said it should be very okay to let Uber s come to pick up guest from reception area. But this rude guy Mohamed insists refuses and I heard him talking to my driver over the phone and saying this is my call, I won t let any taxi or Uber driver go through my gate and if the guest doesn t like that they could either walkout their putts or simply don t come back to the citadel!!! I had to Yale at the receptionist to rush my car inside or I m gonna miss my flight!! I have seen many recents reviews and comments from others about the same concerns, rude staff, poor food quality and great building!! AND NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT !!!!
