I had no sleep at all during my stay here

I had no sleep at all during my stay here
Noisy quest
Banging doors running and shouting along corridors
Dirty bedding
Cushion not pillow
Uncomfortable bed and room
I ask for another "pillow " and duvet as i was cold ....this took over hour and half to come !!!
Which was unbelievably unhealthy when you are tried from a busy day
I was moved to a "quieter room which made little difference
Would not recommend here
