My friend had back surgery at Saint Alphonsus and we had a wonderful experience. The waiting before surgery was prompt and clean. The surgeon called me as soon as he was done. Then I was able to be with her in 2nd recovery room. Her hospital room was wonderfully large which is perfect for a handicap person to get around with their walker. Plus it even had a couch so I was able to comfortable stay with her through the night. All the staff was kind and respectful. They explained everything they were doing and answered all the questions they new the answers to. There could be improvements with the aid during showers plus the shower head was far too strong and stung.
