This restaurant is a unique place in downtown Manhattan. The design, colours, and the uniform of the staff their brings you back immediately to the Victorian era. They have a very nice place upstairsto dine at, and the bar is downstairs. However, they have a very unpredictable schedule for the dining area that you really should check before you go (it changes depending on weekdays).
