Location - ideal and surprisingly quite secluded relative to hustle & bustle of Metro Manila. Yet, other attractions are nearby including Makati, Rizal Park, Intramurous, etc (time of travel vary depending on traffic).
Room - needs refresh and renovation, simply upgrading furniture and bedding makes a huge difference. "Algorithm" of elevator needs to be checked...difficult to get on board from 2nd floor to lobby during peak hours. What is worse is I find it hard to believe there are no regular stairs you can use except in a fire emergency! The layout of the hotel is great, indoor and out. Layout is family friendly and restaurants are strategically placed to accommodate busy and more less traffic areas.
Staff - SUPERB!! Enough said...this is one of the main reasons that I will be a returning customer. Friendly, helpful and courteous...go out of their way to make you feel situated. It's not just one person but I notice they all operate as a symphony...very genuine.
