I've been using Tandy for quite some time and all of a sudden their top quality leather (European single bend) has gone quite low quality-wise to the point where my local store said "Can I send you our best Oak piece instead? All our European single bends are kind of... not great. I don't know what's going on with quality control at the warehouse..."

Tried contacting head office twice about this issue as my company needs high quality leather for the products we make and so far no response to my messages.

Why have an Elite card when I can't even get the product I need or get any response as to why?

I'd probably give more stars if Tandy bothered to message me back.
