I had an appointment for my new office to be set up with Smith Thompson a little over a week ago. We received a 3 hour window between 9 am and noon. After hearing nothing from them at noon, my team and I stepped out to lunch before our afternoon appointments arrived. While at lunch at 12:15 the tech called and said he was on his way. I informed him we had to step out for lunch and would be back in an hour.

He said that he can't wait for us to return and we would have to call the office and reschedule. I waited until today to see if anyone from smith Thompson would try to reschedule and nothing. I called and spoke with a sales rep today and let him know we would be choosing another company. His response was simply "Ok." He didn't ask for my information or the address of the location or anything to identify who I was.
