I just want to say THANK YOU to Ryan Rodney Assist...

I just want to say THANK YOU to Ryan Rodney Assistant Service Manager In my opinion he should be the manager as the current one does not give a damn about customers or know anything about customer service!! After being refused a warranty claim and calling to find out why and only given the 1-800 customer care number and no further explanation or help I decided to go back into Capital Dodge just to have someone explain to me why it was denied. It didn't seem fair. Luckily for me Ryan was at the front desk. He was honest and forth coming He wasn't exactly familiar with the situation and reasoning but did not give up there. He took the extra few minutes made a few phones calls and managed to get hold of someone who could help. He was determined to get me an answer and that was all I wanted I wanted to feel like someone there for once gave a damn about their customers Ryan Rodney is the only reason I would ever ever go back to Capital Dodge He in my opinion went above and beyond what was required. He made me feel like a valued customer Capital Dodge had better hope you never lose him or you will be losing a lot!!! He is the prime example of what TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about!!!! THANK YOU SO VERYMUCH!! I appreciate all the time and explanations and most importantly you listened to my concern and realized I was just looking for an explanation I wasn't complaining! Many others there could learn from Ryan
