Honestly, I wont be returning. A word of advice to anyone considering coming here, just save your money and stay at a Holiday Inn. Ive had much better experiences there than The Sheraton. First, they charge you way too much for an "at best" decent hotel, plus parking in their garage AFTER you've already paid for your room. Second, we were locked out of our room for an hour and couldn't get in. They said someone would be there im the morning to fix it and no one showed. So we had to keep the door propped open just for anyone to come in and look through our stuff while we were gone. Third, went to get breakfast at 10am, there was nothing there. I was told with the room I booked I would be offered breakfast and there was nothing, and breakfast ends at 11. The rooms weren't that clean and all in all, I wont be returning. I think ill stick with the cheaper and better hotels with Holiday Inn.
(Side note: the concierge was trying to be very helpful, but the people at the front desk couldn't seem to care less.)
