A lot of money down the drain. Absolutely not worth it. Modern structure dispersed in the countryside of labico and cmq a stone's throw from the highway where you can hear all the noises.
The spa is the same as all the others, nothing exceptional except a darker midnight pool with very dangerous submerged steps. I risked getting hurt between water steps and pitch dark without light on the tub which is already black.
The masseuses came to pick me up from the outside relaxation area ten minutes before the massage started and two minutes after it finished (a bad massage by the way. It left me bruised. After saying twice to be quiet ) literally sent us out of the room. The outdoor pool is a black hole it looks like a swamp with the robot inside all the time and when they pulled it away it was stormed by bugs. The outdoor swimming pool, besides being small, is petrol black. There is not even a bathroom and a changing room nearby.
Dinner as food at record prices obviously went well.
But one dish was completely pierced by the chef Antonello Col (in the dining room) I am talking about cavatelli with squid. Tasteless !!!!
The bubbles at the beginning of the meal cost 12 euros per glass. They have two menus, one starred the other traditional obviously expensive also this but less than the other.
Too bad he never came to our table.
The improvised and rude reception ladies. There is great arrogance and carelessness.
The room taken at 15 they ordered to leave it already at 11.
When we asked if despite leaving the room we could stay and sunbathe in the pool without using any other service, they said absolutely no.
But paying 100 euros (to stay a couple of hours just to sunbathe near the "pond") of difference there would have been no problems.
Representing this to the chef Antonello Col - owner of the structure - after paying 583 euros for less than 24 hours including dinner and couple's massage (78 euros each) he replied by uttering exact words: "lady, how can you imagine I travel the world only in seven stars and there are rules to respect, this is a 5 star luxury hotel (but please don't joke !!!) It is a hotel that I gave myself "with an arrogant, know-it-all tone and way out of place.
In reality, in front of the real 5 stars, a modern farmhouse can be classified, reflecting the provincial style with which it is managed.
If the chef is true that he travels the world and obviously does it with the money that his customers bring him between restaurants and hotels, he should learn that hospitality, education and respect for the customer are the first things.
In the world there is no rule that prohibits the structure from letting guests stay after leaving the room (which we wanted to do in advance) to sunbathe by the pool. I'm sorry but about being in the world he didn't understand anything in the first place how to build customer loyalty and make him come back.
But obviously this is of no interest.
The important thing for this structure that reflects the philosophy of the owner chef is: once the customers arrive who have already paid for the room, they stop for a very expensive dinner and it is not worth it, send them away as soon as possible after having administered a breakfast poor but genuine.

For you guys if you have money to burn do as you like otherwise to be avoided absolutely.
