I first called Barron to run some gas lines and install gas appliances at my house in Bellingham. I was told that someone would get back to me Over two weeks went by and I didn't receive a return call. I then received a call from the original contact checking that everything was OK. I reported that I hadn't received a call and she said that she would follow up. Over two more weeks went by with no return call. I called again and estimates came out the next day. They left and I didn't receive a quote for over two weeks. I called again and finally received a quote.

On a second occasion I went into the Ferndale store and requested assistance with service on my freestanding stove. The sales person took my information and said that a service person would call me promptly. That was over three weeks ago and I have yet to receive a call.

I really can't understand why the service department treats customers like this.
