Never have I ever dealt with such a company as Eir, I cancelled installation one week after installation after no tv viewing due to a box in centre of screen saying 'connection error', loss of phone and broadband for the first 2 days. I phoned and phoned and problems were not resolved so due to all this had no choice but to cancel. Now they have the cheek to charge me for late cancellation with a huge 303 bill. Not a chance of that happening
