I live in Renfrew Arms Apartments on 98 ave & 104 street 4+ years, students from here like Jessica (business/yoga) & Jenna (aucupuncture) by city of edmonton and their gangs regularly (24/7) wirelessly shocking and torturing teanants in of renfrew and britania. need help. They bring in hundreds of cars and target individual teanants through 'the horizon apartments' + 'the palisades/broadwalk' + vincity. need help.

This building has a long sordid past, once known as Rossdale flats where many Indigenous died
from chicken pox.The settlers built many of their businesses here.The building is over 50 yrs old.YWCA once inhabited the bld.
Capital Regional placed the mentally ill here for years with no
supervision.When I did reside here,a dark heavy energy here.The place had over 27 deaths, overdoses,heart failure.I
staff member gave out keys to a
tenant when he wasn,t available.
Police are here on a regular basis
I would relocate if possible.
